What’s on this site is general information about insurance. It isn’t advice about your exact situation. It isn’t legal, tax or medical advice. If you need that kind of help, please talk with a qualified professional.

Nothing here is a quote or a binder

Nothing on this site is a quote or a binder. Coverage isn’t in force until the insurance company confirms it in writing. Sending me a form doesn’t start, change or cancel any coverage. If you need to change or cancel a policy, tell me directly and get the confirmation in writing.

Sample tools and average prices

Any sample tools or example numbers on this site are made up for illustration. Average prices come from past quotes in the area. They are not a quote for you. Your own price depends on your details and on what the insurance company decides.

Florida only

I’m licensed in Florida only. I can’t help with insurance for risks outside the state, and this site is meant for Florida residents.

Claims decisions

I’ll help where I can, but claims decisions are made by the insurance company and its adjuster. I don’t decide whether a claim is paid or how much it pays.
