Privacy Policy
I’m Chris Chase, a licensed independent insurance broker in Hudson, Florida. This page explains in plain English what I collect through this website and what I do with it.
What I collect
This site has a request form and a contact form. When you fill one out, I collect what you type in. That includes:
The forms ask you not to send Social Security numbers, payment details or medical information. Please keep those out of the forms and out of the message box. If I need something sensitive later, I’ll tell you how we’ll handle it.
The site uses cookies needed for its features and Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this site’s Analytics setup.
Google Analytics measures page visits, clicks on the business phone link, quote-form starts and successful requests. The custom events do not send your name, phone number, email address or message text. Website addresses sent by this site’s tracking code omit query parameters. Google Analytics may also collect browser, device and cookie information. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

How I use it
I use what you send to reply to you and to prepare insurance quotes. That’s it. I read your request myself and follow up based on what you told me.
I may call, text or email you about your request. If you’d rather not get texts, tell me and I’ll stop.
Phone calls and text messages
Website requests are sent to Chris by email. Text conversations take place directly through the business phone number, (813) 323-9481. Chris does not currently use a separate automated texting platform for website inquiries.
On the quote form, choose how you would like Chris to contact you. If you request a text conversation, message frequency depends on your inquiry and replies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell Chris you do not want further messages. For help, call (813) 323-9481. You can request a phone call or email reply instead.
Who I share it with
When you send a form, it’s emailed to me. A copy is also stored in the website’s admin area so I don’t lose it.
To get you a quote, I share the details I need with insurance companies. I only share what’s needed for that purpose.
My website is hosted by a web hosting provider, so your form submissions pass through their systems. The site also uses a caching plugin and a spam-protection field to keep things running and to keep junk out.
I don’t sell your information. In addition to the insurance companies and website providers described above, Google processes website usage information through Google Analytics.
How long I keep it
I keep your request as long as I need to serve you and to meet my record-keeping duties as a licensed broker. When I no longer need it, I’ll remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see what I have about you. You can ask me to correct it. You can ask me to delete it. Just get in touch through the contact page or call (813) 323-9481. I may need to keep some records if the law or my licensing requires it.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect what you send me. But no website, email or storage method is perfect, so I can’t promise absolute security. That’s another reason to keep sensitive details out of the forms.
Children
This site is meant for Florida residents and adults. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent me information, please tell me and I’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, the new version will go on this page. Please check back now and then.
